Rainbow Six counters are gadget interactions, rules of the game rather than statistics, so every pairing here comes from the two operators' own kit pages: the mechanism from whoever wins it, the gadget it beats from whoever brings it.
Thatcher's E.G.S. Disruptor disables an attached Rtila Electroclaw, so the wall or hatch it rigged stops shocking through it.
Kaid's Rtila Electroclaw electrifies the reinforced wall itself, which stops a breach charge and does nothing to Maverick's Breaching Torch cutting the same wall by hand.
Kaid throws the Rtila Electroclaw onto a wall or hatch, and Twitch's Shock Drone disables it at range without anyone standing under it.
